Example: 2 cups of comfort bean and rice soup mix serves 4-6 people
Example: For 2 cups of bean and rice soup mix you will need 10-11 cups of spring water and your desired seasonings/salt in a large pot.
Cook time: Regardless of the amount of soup mix used it will take about 2 hours for the wild rice and garbanzo beans in the mix to cook.
Cook the soup with a lid covering the pot and stir the soup periodically.
