Shipping Policy

We primarily ship via UPS and we’ll email your UPS shipment tracking number so you may see the status of your delivery.

Other shipping carriers we use at certain times are the following: USPS, DHL, FedEx for certain conditions or requests.

Email us if you prefer a certain shipping carrier and for International shipping concerns. Currently, UPS is our primary shipping method for U.S. orders.

We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Shipping and regular ground shipping. Regular ground shipping orders take approximately 7 to 10 business days or sooner.

Shipping Rates range from $7 to $200 depending on the delivery shipping option you choose at checkout.

We, MYALCHE LLC also known as MYALCHE, are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit after order is placed, confirmed and shipped out by us.

We absolutely do not offer refunds after order is shipped out. Especially if your order status with the mailing carrier is “marked” as delivered. It is your responsibility to keep track of your package with the shipment tracking number that we have provided you.

Make sure you provide a correct and valid email address so you may receive your tracking number. Also, always make sure your shipping address is valid and correct for accurate delivery by the mail carrier.

Once again, No Refunds or Returns are accepted especially after an order has been shipped out for delivery.

For package concerns, you must contact one of the mailing carriers that we have shipped your package with from the following list: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or your local carrier in your region.

You may contact us by email at i[email protected] for your mailing carrier’s office number. We will always provide you with your tracking number as well.

You may also internet search you mailing carrier’s number using the tracking number that we have provided you. All Sales Are Final.

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges after your order is shipped. Absolutely No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges after your order has been delivered. We will always have evidence of the status of your package.
